Brandon Dunson of Central Catholic and Fieldcrest's Jake Martin were part of the 15-player All-State first team announced Friday by the Illinois Basketball Coaches Association.
Second-team selections included Alex Tanney of Lexington, Jordan Prosser of Eureka and Tremont's Jim Kuban. Delavan's Jordan Zimmer made the third team, while Andy Leppard of CPCI and Mount Pulaski's Paul Foley were on the fourth team. Special mention players from the area included Tom Norton, Aaron Garriott and Josh Brent of Central Catholic, Logan Park of Fieldcrest, Dean Eastman of Eureka, Tri-Point's Ian Conkling, Cody Birky of GCMS, Jeremy Pflederer of Tremont, Anthony Rivera of Illini Central, Blue Ridge's Brad Wells, Tyler Overstreet of PBL and Gary Radamaker of Hartsburg-Emden.
Earning honorable mention were Nick Janssen and Tyler Rasmussen of Roanoke-Benson, PBL's Kendall Cox, Woodland's Brian Council, Cole Wells of Tri-Valley, Drew Kastner and Alex Adams of Illini Central, Dakin Bolen of Hartsburg-Emden, Colin Knapp of Eureka and Clinton's John Smith.
