BLOOMINGTON - This weekend's Illinois Wesleyan Titan Invitational volleyball tournament will include nationally ranked competition.

Host IWU and Millikin will be joined by No. 1-ranked Juniata, No. 3 LaVerne (Calif.), No. 24 Mount St. Joseph and No. 29 Wisconsin-Platteville. There will be six matches each today and Saturday at Shirk Center, with action beginning at 3 p.m. today and 10 a.m. Saturday.

Juniata is 22-1, LaVerne 17-0, Mount St. Joseph 17-6 and Wisconsin-Platteville 14-8. IWU adds a 14-5 record, which includes wins over Millikin and Wisconsin-Platteville, while Millikin has a 17-5 mark.

Juniata was the 2004 Division III national champion, while LaVerne won the title in 2001 and 1982.
