Aaron Price scored both goals to lead the Knights as Blue Ridge improved to 9-9-2 overall with a 2-1 victory over Iroquois West. Brad Wells recorded 11 saves in goal for the Knights.

Girls swimming

Amanda Meiners won the 200-meter freestyle (2:22.25), Tessa Nussbaum took first in the 50 freestyle (30.88), Brianna Vigna won the 100 freestyle (1:04.87) and the three teamed with Amber Steidinger to win the 200 medley relay (2:23.42) and the 200 freestyle relay (2:06.13) as Pontiac (71) fell to Morris (104) in a dual meet at Morris.
