Mattie Fairchild's 14 service points and 14 assists propelled El Paso-Gridley to a 25-17, 25-12 Heart of Illinois win over Ridgeview.
Janelle James and Marqui Fairchild each had six kills and Tamara Waugh eight digs for the Titans (12-3, 5-0). Ridgeview fell to 4-12 and 0-5 in conference play.
Tuscola tops Clinton
Jessica Smith's 19 digs and Emma Donnelly's 15 digs was not enough to prevent Clinton's 22-25, 27-25, 26-24 Okaw Valley loss to Tuscola.
Sarah Blythe had six kills, while teammate Meghan Matthews tallied 16 assists for the Maroons (11-5, 0-3).
Prairie Central prevails
Kari Diller's 15 assists and six kills from Kenber Galloway sparked Prairie Central to a 25-17, 25-21 Corn Belt victory over Rantoul at Fairbury.
Katie Rathbun contributed seven service points, Kirsten Brummett seven digs and Whitney Scurlock two blocks for the Hawks (5-8, 2-3).
Fieldcrest foils Fisher
Kayla Conroy had three aces among her 13 service points and chipped in 16 assists in Fieldcrest's 25-17, 25-12 HOIC triumph over Fisher.
Katy Zimmerman had seven kills and Hilary Timmerman two blocks for the Knights (9-5). Brooke Clemmons topped Fisher with four kills.
Tremont downs Flanagan
Brie Schweigert had 16 service points, including four aces, as host Tremont recorded a, 25-18, 25-15, Heart of Illinois Conference win over Flanagan.
Lyndsie Watson had seven kills for Tremont (10-8, 5-1) while Janelle Barrow handed out 13 assists. Jackie Russow had four kills for Flanagan.
Clifton bests CPCI
Haley Dodd's team-best 12 service points, five aces and nine assists weren't enough as CPCI fell to Clifton Central, 27-25, 14-25, 25-16, at Clifton.
Watseka edges Iroquois West
Ariel Schroeder led Iroquois West with seven kills and four blocks but the Raiders fell in three sets, 25-23, 22-25, 25-27 to host Watseka.
Heyworth outlasts GCMS
Laura Klawitter hammered 13 kills while Dakota Springer dished out 16 assists and recorded eight service points as Heyworth (11-9) needed three sets to bring down Gibson City-Melvin-Sibley, 25-23, 23-25, 25-21, at Gibson City.
Courtney Acree recorded nine kills and Macey Zimmerman had 10 service points for GCMS.
Olympia downs Eureka
Kelsey Heiser had 11 assists and three blocks while Tifani Gordon scored eight service points including three aces as Olympia (17-4, 4-2) claimed a 25-16, 25-20 Corn Belt Conference win over Eureka at Stanford.
Eureka (3-9, 1-5) was led by Becca Fehr with six digs and four service points.
Quincy tips Lincoln
Jamie McFadden had 15 kills, Ashley Bonaparte 25 assists and Samantha Lowman 13 digs in Lincoln's 25-17, 21-25, 25-20 loss to Quincy at Lincoln.
Mount Pulaski tops Hartem
Mount Pulaski beat Hartsburg-Emden, 20-25, 25-15, 25-16 at Hartsburg, on the strength of 14 assists from Jeri Kay Turner and 10 digs from Elizabeth Fanning.
Morgan Litterly added eight kills for the Toppers (9-4). The Stags fell to 7-5.
Thurmond keys Dee-Mack
Haley Thurmond recorded 14 kills and Katie Rhoades 10 for Deer Creek-Mackinaw en route to a 25-15, 16-25, 25-14 win over Lexington at Mackinaw.
Dee-Mack's Kate Poorbaugh handed out 30 assists for Chiefs (11-1, 6-0). Maddie Myers had 10 kills and Jessica Kraft 15 assists for Lexington (14-4, 5-1).
Dwight bypasses Seneca
Amie Hogan provided 16 assists to lead Dwight to a 25-20, 25-17 win over Seneca at Dwight.
Stephanie Humbert claimed serving honors with 11. Carly Perschnick added 10 kills for the Trojans (12-5, 3-2).
