Illinois Wesleyan defeated Loras and Dubuque on Saturday to finish 3-1 in the Nike/Impact Sports UW-Platteville Invitational at Platteville, Wis.

The Titans downed Loras, 25-23, 16-25, 20-25, 29-27, 15-8, and defeated Dubuque, 25-18, 25-13, 25-19. Wisconsin-La Crosse, IWU and Loras all finished 3-1 in the six-team tournament. The Titans' Gaby Johnson was named to the six-player all-tournament team.

Michele Malinowski led IWU with 16 kills against Loras. Lori Johnson added 11 and Gaby Johnson 10. Stacy Hassinger had 46 assists. The Titans were led by 11 kills each from Gaby Johnson and Malinowski against Dubuque. Hassinger contributed 31 assists.
