Junior quarterback Paul Panno threw for 338 yards and four touchdowns, and rushed for 76 yards and another score to power Class 5A No. 7 Pontiac (2-0, 2-0) to a Corn Belt Conference win over Eureka 33-13.
Panno, who was 13-for-22, found Cody Hillier with scoring strikes of 26 and 63 yards, hit Chase Alford with a 65-yard bomb and hooked up with Andy Ifft on a 33-yard TD toss.
Eureka (0-2, 0-2), which hung tough with the Indians through the first half, got two touchdown passes from quarterback Sam Durley.
