Mitch McNutt added 13 points for the third-seeded, No. 9-ranked Falcons (25-3), with Connor Birky contributing 10.
GCMS led at each of the quarter breaks before the Sabers pulled to within two at the close. The Falcons face No. 5 Monticello (22-1) in Friday's championship game.
Ridgeview 63, Cornerstone 33: Justin Myers scored 21 points in three quarters to lead three players in double figures for No. 7-ranked Ridgeview (25-4) in the semifinals of the 1A Woodland Regional at South Streator.
Jacob Donaldson added 15 points and Levi Zimmerman added 12 for the top-seeded Mustangs, who will face Grant Park in Friday's title game. Joe Kaufman topped Cornerstone with 13.
Grant Park 60, Woodland 52: Despite a 32-point effort from junior Kyle Voytko, the host Warriors dropped the second semifinal at South Streator as fourth-seeded Grant Park made 9 of 12 free throws in the fourth quarter.
Voytko scored 17 in the second as Woodland flipped an 11-5 deficit into a 29-25 halftime lead. Austin Jacobson scored 20 to lead the Dragons.
Mount Pulaski 54, LeRoy 50: Gezus Oliver netted 21 points and Peyton Taylor added 18 to lead Mount Pulaski to the semifinal win in the Class 1A Decatur Lutheran Regional.
The Hilltoppers (21-7) will play the hosts in Friday's championship game.
Nick Perry led LeRoy with a game-high 22 points. Nate Sammer added 10 for the Panthers.
Tri-Point 64, Flanagan-Cornell 59: Jeremy Durden scored 27 points for Flanagan-Cornell as the Falcons bowed out of the 1A regional at St. Anne. Tri-Point received 27 points from Randall Ifft.
Bushnell-Prairie City 47, Delavan 39: Sophomore guard Dawson Erxleben scored 14 points for Delavan in the Panthers' semifinal loss at the 1A Lewistown Regional.
Other results: Fourth-seeded Tremont dropped a 52-51 decision to Illini West in the second semifinal of the 2A Havana Regional, while Roanoke-Benson suffered a 49-48 loss to Wethersfield in the 1A Midland Regional at Varna. No other information was reported.
