Seventh-seeded El Paso-Gridley High School scored the game's final seven points Tuesday night to knock off No. 2 seed Westmont, 50-47, in the semifinals of the Class 2A El Paso-Gridley Regional at El Paso.

The Titans (16-12) pulled within 47-46 on a 3-pointer by Dylan Smith. Hub Halvorson then made a steal and layup with 36 seconds left to put EPG ahead. Smith added two free throws with seven seconds to go.

Smith had 14 points, Halvorson 13 and Aaron Steiner 11 for the Titans, who advanced to Friday night's 7 o'clock championship game. Caden Anderson scored 19 points to lead Westmont (17-11).

Fieldcrest 64, Chicago Christian 61: Jaxon McKay's 3-pointer at the buzzer in overtime lifted fifth-seeded Fieldcrest over third-seeded Chicago Christian in the semifinals of the Class 2A El Paso-Gridley Regional.

McKay ended with 20 points for Fieldcrest (18-10), which meets host EPG for the title at 7 p.m. Friday. Hayden Carls added 18 points and Derek May 15. Carls made a 3-pointer at the regulation buzzer to force OT.

Micah Schnyders had 24 points to lead Chicago Christian (15-11).

Mount Pulaski 66, Decatur Christian 23: In the Class 1A Decatur Lutheran Regional, Gezus Oliver scored 16 points to lead Mount Pulaski (20-7) to victory.

Peyton Taylor added 11 points for the Hilltoppers, who led at halftime, 35-11. Keagan McKinney paced Decatur Christian with 13 points.

LeRoy 80, DeLand-Weldon 8: LeRoy earned the right to face Mount Pulaski in a Wednesday semifinal following the win over DeLand-Weldon. Nick Perry had 20 points for LeRoy which grabbed a 29-0 first quarter lead.

Roanoke-Benson 52, Midland 39: The Rockets' victory earned them the right to face Kewanee Whethersfield in a 7:30 p.m. semifinal on Wednesday in the Class 1A Regional at Varna.

Clinton 73, Mount Zion 57: Chase Reynolds scored 18 points, Austin Baker 16 and Ben Nelson 13 for host Clinton (13-11, 2-5) in a regular-season victory.

Mount Zion (10-17, 4-7) received 22 points from Trevor Durand, 12 from Jonah Smith and 11 from Clayton Marquardt.

St. Anne 60, Dwight 24: Cole Hahn and Dakota Wahl each scored six points for Dwight in the loss to the host school in the St. Anne Class 1A Regional.

Grant Park 69, Calvary 37: Isaac Orns led Calvary with 14 points and Bryant Sturgill added 13 in the Knights' loss in the Class 1A Woodland Regional at South Streator.

Illini Central 62, Hartsburg-Emden 42: Max May had 22 points to lead fifth-seeded Illini Central past No. 11 seed Hartsburg-Emden in the Class 1A Concord Triopia Regional. Race Damm added 14 for the Cougars. Hartem was led by Zach Phillips with 13 points.

Pontiac 63, Coal City 44: Ryan Weir scored 19 points to lead Pontiac to the nonconference home win over Coal City. Alden Rutledge added 10 points for the Indians (14-11).
