The five high school football teams from The Pantagraph area that remain in the Illinois High School Association playoffs will play their second-round games Saturday.

The IHSA released game times today. They are as follows:

• In Class 6A, No. 11 seed Normal Community (8-2) will host No. 3 Crete-Monee (9-1) at Normal Community High School at 1 p.m.;

• In Class 2A, second-seeded GCMS (9-1) plays at home against No. 7 seed Mercer County (8-2) at 2 p.m.;

• In Class 1A, a pair of Heart of Illinois Conference foes are pitted against one another. Top-seeded and undefeated Lexington (10-0) hosts No. 4 seed LeRoy (8-2) at 1 p.m. The Minutemen and the Panthers did not meet in the regular season.

Also in 1A, No. 6 seed Heyworth (7-3) will host second-seeded Alexis United (9-1) at 1 p.m.

The winners advance to next week's state quarterfinals.
