Eureka 56, Heyworth 67: Tessa Leman scored 21 points for Eureka (7-2, 3-1), who lost possession of the McLean County traveling trophy Thursday to the league hosts.

Roanoke-Benson 10, Eureka 54: Tessa Leman fired in 17 points for the hosts Saturday afternoon. Bailey Leman had four points for R-B (2-6).

Fieldcrest 56, Lexington 47: The HOIC guests received 17 points from Madi Hock on Monday.

Tremont 30, Eureka 52: Natalie Bardwell scored 13 points and reached 1,000 in her career in the process Tuesday night in HOIC action at Eureka College's Reagan Athletic Complex.


Fieldcrest 47, T-V 55: Jaxon Cusac-McKay tallied 15 points for the HOIC guest Knights (2-1, 1-1) on Friday.

Orion 38, Fieldcrest 49: Cameron Grandy netted 18 points for the hosts Saturday afternoon at the middle school in Wenona.

Lexington 29, Eureka 51: Keegan Zimmerman's career-high 28 points for the Hornets (2-1) was one shy of the visitors' team output Tuesday night in the hosts' conference opener.


Hornets go one up, one down: Asher Wiegand recorded a 23-6 technical fall triumph at 126 pounds Thursday for Eureka (2-1) in a 35-26 dual win over Farmington. Joel Baer (285) netted a pin in a 46-30 loss to HOIC host Tremont.

Wiegand takes first: Eureka's Gabe Wiegand captured the 106 division at Saturday's Seneca Invitational. He pinned Max McTaggert of team champion Clifton Central midway through the third period of the championship bout.
