Question: A popular restaurant at the Parke Regency Hotel in far-east Bloomington and home of perhaps B-N’s most unique sandwiches is BraiZe. So why are the B and Z capitalized?
Answer: BraiZe is a start-up by two local guys, Zack Poleto and Brandon Leach, who thought they had a great idea for a sandwich — a hollowed-out piece of homemade French bread stuffed with a variety of ingredients. Thus BraiZe incorporates the first initials of each. The sandwich is titled a BraiZito.
