O'Neal-Rogozinski earns CCIM

Coldwell Banker Commercial The Real Estate Group is pleased to announce Meghan O’Neal-Rogozinski, commercial broker, has earned the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation from the CCIM Institute.

In order to achieve the CCIM designation, candidates must complete a rigorous education curriculum including financial, market, user decision, and investment analysis as well as negotiations, ethics, and elective coursework. Additionally, to demonstrate their experience in commercial real estate, candidates must submit a portfolio of qualifying activities, transactions, projects, or work products. Finally, candidates must pass a comprehensive, full-day examination testing mastery of the concepts introduced in the CCIM coursework. Typically, the program candidates take one- to three years to complete.

The designation recognizes Ms. O’Neal-Rogozinski’s expertise in the commercial and investment real estate industry. CCIM is an elite designation only achieved by 13,000 members across the U.S. and globally.
