EUREKA - Among the first tasks for new Woodford County Board chair John Krug was to create an ad hoc committee, which was done at a Dec. 18 meeting.
“This committee needs to find out what the problems are, determine solutions and bring that knowledge to the (regular) committees,” Krug said. “This is a collaborative effort to work on issues.”
The committee will be expected to handle matters associated with information technology, the telephone system and office space storage. Members appointed to the committee were Sheriff Matt Smith, county coordinator/temporary IT coordinator Deb Breyman, as well as board members Russ Cotton, Richard Hill, Blake Parsons and Jason Spence.
