EUREKA – Kawin R. Blunier, 62, died at 1:04 a.m., Wednesday, Jan. 9, 2019, at OSF St. Francis Medical Center in Peoria.
He was born Jan. 5, 1957, in Peoria, the son of Vernon and Verda Hodel Blunier.
Survivors include two brothers, Ted (Donna) Blunier and Myron (Elaine) Blunier, both of Eureka; one sister, Lola (Stan) Stoller, Eureka; one sister-in-law, Joyce Blunier, Princeville and many nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents and one brother, Dale Blunier.
Kawin worked at Blunier Implement, Eureka, for 35 years. Prior to that, he worked at A.O. Smith Harvestore, Eureka, for eight years. He was a convert with the Eureka Apostolic Christian Faith Church, rural Eureka.
Services will be held Monday at 10 a.m. at the church with ministers of the church officiating. Visitation will take place Sunday from 2 to 6 p.m. at Argo-Ruestman-Harris Funeral Home in Eureka and Monday morning from 9 to 9:45 a.m. at the church. Burial will follow the service in the Roanoke AC Church Cemetery, rural Roanoke.
