BLOOMINGTON – Booth sales are under way for the fourth annual Kids Expo, planned Feb. 13 at the Interstate Center, 2301 W. Market St.
The show runs 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. and offers families the opportunity to enjoy products, services and hands-on activities provided by vendors as well as participate in a wide variety of entertainment included with the $5 per person cost of admission.
Last year’s show drew more than 5,000 people.
“The show is a fantastic venue for businesses to reach a large number of parents, grandparents and caregivers in one day,” said Terri Haerr, Pantagraph community services coordinator. “Businesses can sell products directly from their booths as well as promote their services. It’s a very economical way to reach thousands of potential customers in one day.”
A 10-foot by 10-foot space is $325 for the first booth for standard businesses, and $250 per booth for non-profit/home-based businesses. Each additional booth is $150. Booths may be reserved with a $100 deposit, with the balance due in January.
The show is sponsored by The Pantagraph, City of Bloomington Parks & Recreation Department, Country Financial, Eastland Chiropractic & Wellness Center, McDonald’s/Little Jewels, Meijer and State Farm Insurance.
