Bloomington police: Shots fired on North Lee early Thursday

BLOOMINGTON — Bloomington police are investigating an early-morning report of shots being fired in the 1400 block of North Lee Street.

Police say at about 4:50 a.m. Thursday, officers were called to the 1400 block of North Lee to investigate a report of shots fired. Upon arrival, officers located damage to a residence and other evidence of a shooting. There were no injuries reported. There are no suspects and no further details available at this time, police said in a statement released Thursday morning.

It was the second confirmed report of shots being fired this week in Bloomington. So far, there have been no reported injuries from shots fired incidents in January.
