Armed robbery — Three men face felony charges in connection with Monday's hold-up of a business on the city's east side.
Charged Wednesday in McLean County Circuit Court with armed robbery while armed with a handgun were: Antonio Rivera, 37, of the 1100 block of East Gettysburg Drive in Bloomington; Larry Bridges, 26, of the 1700 block of North School Street in Normal; and Michael Dopson, 24, of Rockford.
Each is being held in the county jail in lieu of $100,025. Arraignment will be Feb. 13.
According to police, the suspects used a handgun reported stolen last year to steal money and several cartons of cigarettes from Cigarette Express, 502 N. Prospect Road.
They were located by police after someone reported men selling cigarettes at the apartment complex where Rivera lives.
