He is accused of stealing $12,000 from a Normal house while responding to a 911 call about an overdose, then trying to return the money, police said. He was arrested Nov. 29. He was released on a $30,000 personal recognizance bond.

Zebedee Moore, 46, of Chicago was charged as of Nov. 27, 2019, with identity theft and three counts of burglary for allegedly using another man’s name to obtain credit to purchase a vehicle from Leman’s Chevy City, 1602 Morrissey Drive, Bloomington, on Nov. 26. He also was charged with unlawful possession of less than 15 grams of cocaine. He was jailed in lieu of posting $2,035.

Jordan Powe, 27, of Bloomington was charged as of Nov. 22, 2019, with aggravated domestic battery and aggravated battery of a child under 13 years old that caused a permanent disability. He is accused of critically injuring his 5-month-old child on Nov. 19. He was jailed in lieu of posting $40,035.

Hearon Blevins, 19, of the 800 block of South East Street, Bloomington, was charged as of Nov. 15, 2019, with burglary after allegedly going into a garage in Bloomington with the intention to steal. He was also charged with theft of a motorized bicycle valued between $500 and $10,000 and misdemeanor obstructing an officer.

Anthony Gowin, 36, of the 500 block of West Wood Street, Bloomington, was charged as of Nov. 15, 2019, with unlawful delivery of 1-15 grams of cocaine; unlawful possession of a firearm by a felon; unlawful possession of a firearm by a felon on mandatory supervised released; unlawful possession of a stolen firearm; and unlawful possession of firearm ammunition by a felon. He was jailed lieu of posting $50,035.

Michael Stout, 53, of Farmer City was charged as of Nov. 13, 2019, with aggravated home repair fraud, two counts of theft and home repair fraud. He is accused of agreeing to complete more than $500 worth of home repairs for an elderly woman in Saybrook on Aug. 21, taking payment for the job and failing to perform the work. He was jailed in lieu of posting $535.
Terrence Harris

Terrence Harris, 48, of the 600 block of West Washington Street, Bloomington, was charged as of Nov. 13, 2019, with burglary and two counts of retail theft. The incidents took place from Nov. 4 to 6 at All About Eyes, 101 N. Veterans Parkway in Bloomington. He is accused of taking more than $300 worth of merchandise “as part of a continuing course of conduct,” according to the charges. He was jailed in lieu of posting $3,035.

Charles Allen, 37, of the 600 block of Jefferson Street, Bloomington, was charged as of Nov. 4, 2019, with domestic battery, a class 2 felony with four or more prior battery convictions. He is accused of grabbing a family member or household member on Nov. 2 in Bloomington. Allen also was charged with two counts of resisting a police officer and one misdemeanor charge of criminal damage to property. He was jailed in lieu of posting $10,035.

Christopher Harrison, 19, of Normal was charged as of April 27, 2018, with six counts of murder in the deaths of Joseph Gardner, 20, and Reginald Hart Jr., 19, both of Bloomington. He is accused of firing more than 20 rounds into the victims in the entryway of an apartment building along East College Avenue in Normal. He was jailed in lieu of posting $250,035.

Trever Jones, 27, of the 1300 block of Hinshaw Avenue, Bloomington, was charged as of Oct. 24, 2019, with unlawful possession of cocaine with the intent to deliver. David Hughes, 26, who is listed as homeless, was charged as of Oct. 18, 2019, with aggravated fleeing and eluding in a stolen vehicle, possession of a stolen motor vehicle, unlawful delivery of a lookalike substance, two counts of obstructing justice, aggravated fleeing or attempting to elude police and aggravated fleeing and eluding. George Harris, 38, of Bloomington was charged as of Sept. 1, 2019, with multiple weapons possession and drug charges and driving under the influence. Police reported finding cocaine, a syringe with heroin, $850 in cash, a scale tainted with cocaine, a handgun and ammunition in his car after he was stopped about 1 a.m. Sunday near Market Street and Western Avenue by Bloomington police. He was jailed in lieu of posting $10,035.
Da Jon S. Glass

Da Jon S. Glass, 18, of Bloomington was charged as of Aug. 5, 2019, with armed robbery with a firearm and aggravated robbery with a firearm. He and a juvenile were accused of a July 22 armed robbery in the 600 block of South Lee Street in which a man was robbed at gunpoint. There were no injuries reported. Glass was jailed in lieu of posting $50,035 bond.
Jonathon Hovey

Jonathon "Jon" Hovey, 47, of Forsyth was charged as of Aug. 3, 2019, with two counts of predatory criminal sexual assault and four counts of aggravated criminal sexual abuse. The former first-grade teacher at Glenn Elementary School, Normal, is accused of sexually assaulting at least two children since 2005. He was jailed in lieu of posting $10,035.

Daisha Stuart, 29, of the 400 block of Jackson Street, Bloomington, was charged as of Aug. 2, 2019, with aggravated battery after an incident that reportedly occurred in Bloomington on Aug. 1. She was jailed in lieu of posting $535.

Orion Hodo, 20, of the 700 block of South Golfcrest Road, Normal, was charged as of Aug. 2, 2019, with one count of possession of a stolen weapon and two counts of aggravated unlawful use of a weapon. Normal police said they arrested him and a 20-yer-old Robbins man after recovering a large amount of cannabis and three stolen handguns during a traffic stop about 12:15 a.m. Aug. 2 in the 600 block of West Orlando Avenue in Normal. Hodo was jailed in lieu of posting $30,035.

Jackson, 21, of Bloomington was charged as of July 25, 2019, with unlawful possession of a stolen firearm, unlawful possession of a weapon by a felon, two counts of burglary and theft stemming from an incident July 23 in which items were taken from cars parked at Midwest Exchange in the 1400 block of East Empire Street, Bloomington. He was jailed in lieu of posting $20,035.

Andrew McConnaughay, 23, of the 800 block of Kingsley Street in Normal, was charged as of July 23, 2019, with home invasion, criminal trespass and battery after a July 22 incident in which he allegedly entered a residence in the 300 block of East Jefferson Street in Bloomington and “physically attacked” another man over a disagreement about a female. He was jailed in lieu of posting $5,035.

Delilah S. Dorsey, 23, of the 700 block of Orlando Avenue, Normal, was charged as of July 18, 2019, with aiding a fugitive, obstructing justice and resisting arrest. She allegedly told police at her apartment's front door that she had not seen shooting suspect Darren F. Gordon while he tried to escape through a back window, police said. She was jailed in lieu of a $3,000 personal recognizance bond.

Darren Gordon, 26, of Normal was charged as of July 16, 2019, with aggravated battery/discharge of a firearm, two counts of possession of a firearm by a felon, unlawful use of a firearm by a felon and aggravated discharge of a firearm in connection with shootings in the 1900 block of Peach Street on July 11 and the 400 block of North Lee Street on July 12. He was jailed in lieu of posting $50,035. His co-defendant was Delilah S. Dorsey.

Keir Spinks, 25, of Normal was charged as of July 6, 2019, with one count of aggravated use of a weapon by a felon and two counts of unlawful use of a weapon by a felon. His co-defendant is David Castillo, 36, of Heyworth. Both were jailed in lieu of posting $30,035. Officers stopped a vehicle near West Grove Street and North Roosevelt Avenue, Bloomington, early on July 5 after a report of an armed person n the 700 block of North Roosevelt Avenue. An officer was injured during the stop, and both men were taken into custody.

James Barnes, 45, of Chenoa was charged as of July 2, 2019, with two counts of unauthorized video recording of two minors. Prosecutors said he had set up a concealed camera in a bag in a bathroom to record two teenage girls as each took a shower. Barnes was jailed in lieu of posting $7,535.
Shomari Givihan

Shomari Givihan, 22, Bloomington was charged as of June 26, 2019, with reckless driving and failure to report an accident after police said he struck a Bloomington squad car and fled from a traffic stop May 30 in the 200 block of West Market Street. He already was in the McLean County jail in lieu of posting $50,035 on unrelated drug and weapons charges and would have to post an additional $235 for the new charges. Earlier, he had posted $10,035 to be released on a still-pending weapons charge.

Jacqueline Miller, 38, of Dayton, Ohio, was charged as of June 24, 2019, with cannabis trafficking after McLean County sheriff's police said they found 56 pounds of marijuana in her car during a traffic stop June 22 on Interstate 74. She was jailed in lieu of posting $50,035.

Scotty Allen 18, of Bloomington was charged as of June 10, 2019,with three counts of murder, aggravated discharge of a firearm and mob action in the April 2 shooting death of Juan Nash, 25, in the 1200 block of Orchard Road, Bloomington. His co-defendants are Amari McNabb, 22, of Country Club Hills and Exodus Hebert, 18, of Bloomington. Allen was jailed in lieu of in lieu of posting $300,035.
Amber Widner

Amber Widner, 36, of Bozeman, Mont., was charged as of June 13, 2019, with controlled substance trafficking, marijuana trafficking and delivery of marijuana.
On June 12, an Illinois state trooper stopped a passenger vehicle on Interstate 74 near south Bloomington after observing a traffic violation, police said. During the traffic stop, the trooper observed indicators of possible criminal activity, and a canine alerted to the odor of illegal drugs within the vehicle, police said.
A subsequent search of the SUV resulted in the seizure of 143 pounds of cannabis, 14 pounds of mushrooms, and 9 pounds of cannabis wax, police said.
She was jailed in lieu of posting $75,035.
Danny Strong

Danny B. Strong, 42, of the 1600 block of Erin Drive, Normal, was charged as of June 12, 2019, with aggravated arson and residential arson. Charges state he started a fire at a woman's home which matches Strong's address. A hot tub is listed in court records as being damaged in the June 1 incident. Strong was jailed in lieu of posting $15,035.

Joi Jackson, 22, who listed an address of Homewood in court documents, was charged as of June 11, 2019, with stealing at least $20,000 in her role as a customer service assistant at Meijer in Normal. She is accused of ringing up refunds and pocketing the money. Jackson was jailed in lieu of posting $335.

Amari McNabb, 22, of Country Club Hills was charged as of June 10, 2019, with three counts of murder, aggravated discharge of a firearm and mob action in the April 2 shooting death of Juan Nash, 25, in the 1200 block of Orchard Road, Bloomington. His co-defendants are Scotty Allen and Exodus Hebert, both 18 and of Bloomington. McNabb was jailed in lieu of posting $200,035.

Shameka Curry

Shameka M. Curry, 37, of Prenzler Drive, Bloomington, was charged as of July 31, 2018, with criminal neglect of an elderly woman by failing as a professional caregiver to provide the woman with adequate care, including taking her to medical appointments, and to provide adequate nutrition between Nov. 1, 2016, and March 12, 2017. The woman died in May 2017. Curry also is charged with theft of more than $10,000 from the Illinois Department of Rehabilitation, aggravated identity theft and financial exploitation of an elderly person by fraudulently obtaining $350 from the woman. Curry was released from jail after posting $15,035.

Eleisha Gibbs, 21, of Chicago was charged as of July 12, 2018, with armed violence and delivery of marijuana related to a traffic stop that ended with a police chase on the road and on foot. Police chasing Gibbs on foot saw her toss a loaded .22-caliber gun and 2 pounds of marijuana as she ran away, prosecutors said. Gibbs was jailed in lieu of posting $7,535.

He and co-defendant Robert Pratt, 21, of Hopedale are accused of beating a man with a baseball bat and robbing him on July 10, 2018, east of Bloomington. More than 6 pounds of marijuana and a shipping box with a return address in Oregon were found during a search of Hinkle's apartment by Normal police, prosecutors said.

Andrew Whitmer, 23, of the 1400 block of Butchers Lane, Bloomington, was charged as of Jan. 24, 2018, with two counts of aggravated criminal sexual abuse. Whitmer was jailed in lieu of posting $100,035. Prosecutors said he demanded money from a 16-year-old girl, sexually assaulted her, insisted she send nude pictures and videos of herself, and then threatened to rape her family if she didn’t give him more money.

Hammet Brown, 26, of the 1200 block of Orchard Road, Bloomington, was charged in a warrant as of June 26, 2018, with six counts of murder in the June 10 shooting deaths of Taneshiea A. Brown, 20, and Steven C. Alexander Jr., 18, and two counts of attempted murder in the wounding of Kenleia Sims and Tyree Jones. All were shot while reportedly attending a party outside an apartment building at 1221 Orchard, police said. The bond on the warrant was set at $3 million.

She allegedly possessed 106 hydrocodone and 18 Tramadol pills when she was stopped June 5 by officers with the Bloomington Police Department's vice and street crimes unit. Marquis Perkins, 29, of Bloomington was charged as of March 2, 2018, with unlawful use of a weapon, aggravated domestic battery, delivery and possession of a controlled substance and aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. He was jailed in lieu of posting $25,035. He is accused of hitting a woman with a bottle and threatening her with a handgun. When he was taken to jail, officers located a plastic baggy with 4 grams of heroin in his buttocks, according to a prosecution statement.

Steven Decker, 35, of the 900 block of Sheridan Road, Normal, was charged as of Jan. 9, 2018, with two counts of intimidation and one count of aggravated unlawful restraint. He allegedly pointed a gun and threatened a family member on Jan. 6 at his home. He was jailed in lieu of posting $7,035 and ordered to have no contact with the victim. Prosecutors said all weapons had been removed from Decker’s home.

Valerie Burdick, 24, of the 100 block of Donnie Drive, Bloomington, was jailed in lieu of posting $5,035 as of Jan. 9, 2018, on charges of aggravated battery, endangering the life of a child and a misdemeanor count of domestic battery. She also was ordered to have no contact with anyone under the age of 18 and not to drink alcohol. Prosecutors allege Burdick struck her 10-month-old son on the face and body, causing bruises, on Jan. 6.
