SECOR – The Woodford County state’s attorney’s office has charged John B. Harshbarger, 39, of Secor with possession with intent to deliver 15 to 100 grams of cocaine, and possession with intent to deliver 30 to 500 grams of marijuana. The two charges were filed Wednesday.
Harshbarger was arrested Monday after agents with the Multi-County Narcotics Enforcement Group and the Woodford County Sheriff’s Department searched his home in Secor. Harshbarger is being held in the Woodford County jail in lieu of posting $15,000.
