3 Republican Senate candidates to speak at Bloomington brunch

BLOOMINGTON — Three Republican U.S. Senate candidates will speak Saturday during the McLean County Republicans Primary Preview Brunch.

The event will be 9:30 to 11:30 a.m. at the Doubletree by Hilton, 10 Brickyard Drive, Bloomington. Candidates attending are Peggy Hubbard, Tom Tarter and Mark Curran.

Incumbent state Rep. Dan Brady of Bloomington and challenger David Paul Blumenshine will also speak during the event. Other candidates attending include: Trisha Malott, candidate for county auditor; and County Board candidates Adelita Cruz for District 4 and Jordan Baker for District 6. 

Each candidate speaking will give an introduction and present their platform before answering audience questions. Tickets cost $15 and are available at www.McLeanCountyRepublicans.org.
