GIBSON CITY - Audrey M. Chase, 57, Gibson City, died at 8:30 p.m. Wednesday (Feb. 1, 2006) at her daughter's home in Gibson City.
Her funeral will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at Lamb Funeral Home, Gibson City, with the Rev. Scott Henley and the Rev. Steve Barrow officiating. Burial will be in Bellflower Township Cemetery, Bellflower. Visitation will be from 5 to 7 p.m. today at the funeral home.
Ms. Chase was born Feb. 2, 1948, in Russell Springs, Ky., a daughter of Owen Thomas and Bernice Ashbrook Yeadon. She married Darrell J. Chase on Oct. 9, 1965, in Gibson City.
Surviving are two daughters, Traci (Dave) Lowery, Waynesville, and Tammi (Doug) Fanson, Gibson City; two grandchildren, Kennedy Jo and Kellan Douglas Fanson, Gibson City; a sister, Juanita Waters, Boulder, Colo.; and two brothers, Mitch (Mary) Yeadon, Bellflower, and Roger (Linda) Yeadon, Marietta, Ga.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
Ms. Chase lived most of her life in the Gibson City and Bellflower areas. She was the manager of Aldi's in Champaign and also worked at Central Soya in Gibson City.
She enjoyed her family and grandchildren.
Memorials may be made to the BroMenn Hospice Care or to a charity of the donor's choice.
