NORMAL — Beverly T. Lehmann, 85, Normal, died at 2:35 a.m. Sunday (June 24, 2012) at Heritage Health, Normal.
Her funeral will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Kibler-Brady-Ruestman Memorial Home, Bloomington, with the Rev. John Tymonko officiating. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service Wednesday at the funeral home. A private family inurnment will be at a later date at East Lawn Memorial Gardens, Bloomington.

She was born Aug. 27, 1926, in Fisher, the daughter of Rev. Walter B. and Rachel McRoberts Theobald. She married Erwin Lehmann in October 1954, in Sullivan. He preceded her in death June 25, 2007.
Beverly is survived by two brothers, Robert L. (Lucile) Theobald and Dr. Paul G. (Josephine) Theobald, both of Normal; she is also survived by many beloved nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, one brother and one sister.
She was a graduate of Cuba High School in Cuba and graduated from business college in Evanston. Following graduation she began her employment at the University of Illinois at Chicago where she headed the payroll department. After her retirement she worked for several years in her brother, Dr. Paul Theobald’s office and she also worked in the doctor’s office of Dr. Sawicki and Dr. Jim McCriskin, all of Bloomington.
Beverly was a member of the PEO Chapter FM club, the Women’s Club of Bloomington/Normal and the Red Hat Society. She enjoyed playing bridge and pinochle and belonged to clubs of both games. She was a devoted volunteer at OSF St. Joseph Medical Center and a member of the hospital auxiliary and a member of Hudson Methodist Church and Methodist Women’s Society.
