NORMAL — Cecil P. Crow, 76, of Normal, passed away at 1 a.m. Sunday (April 16, 2017) at Heritage Health, Normal.
Cecil’s service will be at noon Saturday at Bible Baptist Church, Bloomington, with Pastor Todd Harrison officiating. Burial will be at East Lawn Memorial Gardens, Bloomington. Visitation will be from 10 a.m. to noon Saturday at the church.

Cecil was born Jan. 26, 1941, in Casey County, Ky., the son of Virgil and Lena Pendergraff Crow. He married Carol Hoog on Sept. 28, 1958, in Bloomington.
He is survived by his wife, Carol, Normal; their children, Randy (Larrieann) Crow, Normal; Katherine Lynne (Joshua Durham) Crow, Columbia, S.C.; and Eddie Crow, Bloomington; eight grandchildren; 23 great-grandchildren; and brothers and sisters, Ronnie (Kathy) Crow, Normal; Ryne (Linda) Crow, Northfield, Minn.; Charles (Anita) Crow, Bloomington; Faye Price, Hustonville, Ky.; Virginia Fox, St. Petersburg, Fla.; and Velma Evans, Normal.
He was preceded in death by his parents, two brothers and three sisters.
Cecil worked at Neil’s Toyota and later worked and retired from Dennison Ford-Toyota as an assistant service manager.
He was an avid Cubs fan and was excited when they won. He was also an avid golfer and enjoyed playing at the Fair Lakes Golf Course in Secor and enjoyed shooting trap and fishing. He was a member of the Bible Baptist Church, Bloomington, and the Clinton Sportsman Club.
He loved his family and his cat, “Smokey.” He will be dearly missed by all of them.
