NORMAL - Clarence-;Dwayne Jackson, 47, of 864 8th St., Normal, died Sunday (Dec. 24, 2006) at-;OSF St. Joseph Medical Center, Bloomington.

Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at Waymen AME Church, Bloomington. His funeral will be at noon Friday at Waymen AME Church, Bloomington. The Rev. Joseph L. Jarvis will officiate.-;Interment will be at Evergreen Cemetery, Bloomington. Memorials may be made to a charity of the donor's choice. Kibler-Smith Memorial Home, Bloomington, is in charge of arrangements.

Clarence was born Aug. 16, 1959, in St. Louis, Mo., the son of Clarence Sullivan and-;Laverne Bishop. He married Ernestine Chris Johnson-Austin on June 22, 1997 at Normal.

Clarence is survived by his wife, Ernestine Chris Jackson, Normal; father and stepmother, Clarence and Lillie Sullivan, Normal; seven daughters, Telia Sanders, St. Louis, Mo.; LaSheena Jackson, Kankakee; LaKea Jackson, Champaign; Shadea Jackson, Springfield; Christina Childs and Cherie Findley, both of Bloomington; and Trina Hathorne, Aurora; two sons, Corey Jackson, Rochester, N.Y., and Allan Austin, Joliet; eight brothers, Barrett Bishop, Darnell-; Bishop and Raymond Jackson, all of Milwaukee, Wis.; Mario Sullivan and Antonio Sullivan, both of Bloomington; Lawrence Sullivan and Marvin Sullivan, both of St. Louis, Mo.; and Willie Brewer, Normal; five sisters, Reane Newman, Milwaukee, Wis.; Mary Ann Sullivan and Sharon Sullivan, both of St. Louis, Mo.; Angela Brewer, Bloomington; and Tracy Walls, Indianapolis, Ind.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Laverne Bishop.

He worked-;as a landscaper for BroMenn Regional Medical Center, Normal.

He was a member of House of Prayer of Bloomington.-; He also was an Army veteran. Military rites will be accorded.
