CHENOA - Donald E. McKinsey, 76, Chenoa, died at 12:50 p.m. Sunday (Feb. 19, 2006) at OSF St. Joseph Medical Center, Bloomington.
A private graveside service will be at 1 p.m. Wednesday at Chenoa Cemetery, Chenoa.
Duffy-Pils Memorial Home, Chenoa, is in charge of arrangements.
Don was born July 30, 1929, in Pontiac, the son of Walter and Vera Lloyd McKinsey. He married Pamela Mundt on Nov. 3, 1967, in Peoria. She survives in Chenoa.
Also surviving are Bill (Teresa) McKinsey and their children, Ian and Elsbeth; Andrea McKinsey; Jackie Kelly; his children from a previous marriage, Don, Roger and Jerry McKinsey and Patty Miller; one brother, Eldon (Connie) McKinsey; and one sister, Faye (George) Thorne.
Don had owned and operated McKinsey;s TV and Antenna Repair in Chenoa.
He served in the U.S. Air Force during the Korean War.
He will be missed by all.
