BLOOMINGTON - Dora V. Graves, 66, South Fulton, Tenn., formerly of Bloomington, died at 9 p.m. Jan. 31, 2006, at Baptist Memorial Hospital, Union City, Tenn.
A memorial service was Friday at Hornbeck Funeral Home in Fulton, with the Rev. Danny Potts officiating.
The family requests that memorials be made to American Diabetes Association, 4205 Hillsboro Ave., Nashville, TN 37215.
She was born Nov. 29, 1939, in Bloomington, a daughter of Gustave and Myrtle Gravitt Woellms. She was a Mormon and a homemaker and had lived in the Fulton area for the past 20 years after moving from Corinth, Miss.
Survivors include her husband, Tyndall P. Graves; two sons, Wade T. (Diane) Graves, Merritt Island, Fla., and Chad D. (Christine) Graves, South Fulton; two grandchildren; two brothers, Norman Woellms, Tupelo, Miss., and Wayne Woellms, Bloomington; and four sisters, Alice Sylvester, Tupelo, Miss.; and Ruth Welch, Shirley Crose and Henritta Woellms, all of Bloomington.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her brother, Donald Woellms; two other brothers who died in infancy; her sister, Norma jean Blankenship; her twin sister, Doris Woellms, who died as an infant; and two other sisters who died in infancy.
