BLOOMINGTON - Edward B. Duehr, 86, of 811 W. Jackson St., Bloomington, died at 11:55 p.m. Friday (June 15, 2007) at Bloomington.
His funeral will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at the Calvert & Metzler Memorial Home, Bloomington, with the Rev. Vaughn Hoffman officiating. Private burial will be at Park Hill Cemetery, Bloomington. Visitation will be from 1 to 2 p.m. Saturday at the memorial home.
Memorials may be made to Wesley United Methodist Church, Bloomington, or to a charity of the donor's choice.
He was born June 11, 1921, at Bloomington, son of Raymond H. and Opal Enochs Duehr. He married Marcile Sommer on Aug. 1, 1948, at Bloomington. She survives.
Also surviving are two sons, Ron (Cathy Ferme) Duehr, Normal, and Gary (Lesley) Duehr, Somerville, Mass.; one daughter, Nancy (Morgan) Rowe, Texarkana, Ark.; six grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Mr. Duehr had owned and operated P&H Parking Lot. He was a former member of the Bloomington Planning Commission.
He was a member of Wesley United Methodist Church, Bloomington.
