Emily Brooke (Allenbaugh) Todino, of Chatham, died peacefully Thursday (April 12, 2018) at Barnes-Jewish Hospital in St. Louis, Mo.
She was born May 24, 1966 in Des Moines, Iowa to Jo-Lynn “Jody” White and Gary Preston Brown.
Emily was an extraordinary woman, loved by everyone whom she encountered. She had many wonderful accomplishments in life, but her greatest love and joy was being Mom to her two sons — Jacob Mario and Drew Matthew.
She is survived by her sons, Jake Todino of Peoria and Drew Todino of Bloomington. She also leaves behind BJ Ostermeier with whom she made her home in Chatham; her mother, Jody (Allenbaugh) Render of East Peoria; brother, Josh (and wife Julie) Allenbaugh of East Peoria; sister Jenny (and husband Cary) Hendricks of Kerrville, Texas; beloved nieces and nephews Gabe and Grace Allenbaugh, and Seth, Stella and Sloane Hendricks; along with cherished extended family and so many dearly loved friends.
Emily was preceded in death by her fathers Bill Allenbaugh and Gary Brown, grandparents Bob and Barb White, William and Grace Allenbaugh, and Bill and Jo Brown.
A Celebration of Life will be at 11 a.m., Wednesday at Second Presbyterian Church in Bloomington with Cary Hendricks officiating.
