BLOOMINGTON — Frank Quinn, 72, of Bloomington, passed away at 3:17 p.m. Friday (April 14, 2017) at his home.
A committal service will be at 10 a.m. Thursday at Park Hill Cemetery Mausoleum, Bloomington, with Pastor Keith Ferguson officiating. Military rites will be accorded by the Bloomington-Normal American Legion Honor Guard. Visitation will be from 4 to 6 p.m. Wednesday at Kibler-Brady-Ruestman Memorial Home, Bloomington.

Frank was born Dec. 24, 1944, in Bloomington, a son to Henry and Nettie Harris Quinn.
Surviving are his siblings, Mary Clark, Wichita, Kan.; Mike (Arlene) Quinn, LeRoy; Sue Hays and Linda (Fred) Thomas, both of Bloomington; and many nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents; siblings, Don (Judy) Quinn Sr. and Jane Horstmann; brother-in-law, Bill Hays Sr.; nephew, Bill Hays; and a great-nephew, A.J. Hays.
Frank was a delivery truck driver for Pepsi-Cola, then a Teamster for Rowe Construction for 30 years, retiring in 1999. He proudly served in the U.S. Army, stationed in Germany during the Vietnam War.
Frank was a member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars and American Legion Louis E. Davis Post 56. He enjoyed antique cars, golf and playing pool.
