NORMAL - Janice E. Sigler, 63, of 1102 W. College Ave., Normal, died at 8:29 a.m. Friday (Dec. 2, 2005) at OSF St. Joseph Medical Center, Bloomington.
Her funeral will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday at Calvert & Metzler Memorial Home, Bloomington, Tony Vendetti officiating. Visitation will be from 4 to 7 p.m. today at the memorial home. Burial will be in West Twin Grove Cemetery, Bloomington.
Memorials may be made to Four Seasons Church of Christ, Bloomington, or a charity of the donor's choice.
Mrs. Sigler was born Aug. 9, 1942, in Bloomington, the daughter of Harold and Anna R. Wikowsky Weppler.
She married Bernard Latta in Bloomington. She later married Roger Sigler on Oct. 24, 1981, in Normal. He survives.
Also surviving are one son, Steven (Chris ) Latta, Normal; two stepsons, Keith (Carolyn) Dudley, Tulsa, Okla., and Chris (Kristina) Sigler, Normal; three stepdaughters, Beth (Lowell) Fouts and Laura Sigler, both of Normal; and J' Nean (Brian) Lee, Magnolia, Texas; one brother, Ray (Pat) Wepler, Bloomington; 11 grandchildren; and three great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents and two grandchildren.
Mrs. Sigler was a member of Four Seasons Church of Christ, Bloomington, and worked for Raney Termite & Pest Control in Normal for more than 30 years. A 1960 graduate of Octavia High School, she enjoyed camping and traveling with her husband, Roger. She was a loving, wife, mother, sister and grandmother. She will be missed by all who knew her.
