John, widely known as "Coach," enjoyed many years of coaching basketball and softball. He was a longtime, faithful member of St. Mary's Church in Bloomington and an avid supporter of Central Catholic High School football. He enjoyed having cookouts for the neighborhood, fishing, gardening and, more often than not, a dinner consisting of pepperoni pizza cooked well done!
Although home was John's favorite place, he would be the first to drop everything to help someone in need.
From everyone who ever had the honor of being in your presence, you will be immensely missed.
