Josephine Eisenberger, 85, of Hopedale, formerly of Minier, passed away Sunday (Dec. 10, 2017) at Hopedale Medical Center.
Josephine was born Sept. 17, 1932, in Armington, to James and Hattie Cope Price. She married Gerald Eisenberger. He survives. Also surviving are two daughters, Beth (Darrell) Ellis Jr., Minier, and Teresa (David) Rapp, Normal; five grandchildren, Aaron, Jacob, Amanda, Garrett and Mitchell; one great-grandchild, Avery; and one brother, Maurice (Beverly) Price, Bloomington.
Josephine was a bank teller in Minier and Bloomington for 40 years. She was a member of St. John’s United Church of Christ, Minier.
Her service will be 11 a.m. Thursday at St. John’s United Church of Christ, Minier. The Rev. Robert Sherman will officiate. Visitation will be 5 to 7 p.m. Wednesday at St. John’s Fellowship Hall. Haensel Funeral Home, Minier, is assisting the family with arrangements. Burial will be at Minier Cemetery. Memorials may be made to her church.
