Juanita Ruth Warren, 86, of Farmer City, passed away 7 a.m. Wednesday (Dec. 27, 2017) at Farmer City Rehab & Health Care Center.
Visitation will be 1 to 2 p.m. Friday at Calvert-Belangee Bruce Funeral Home, Farmer City. Her funeral will be 2 p.m. Friday at the funeral home with Pastor Dave Ashby and Bud McMasters officiating. Burial will follow in McCord Cemetery, Fullerton. Memorials may be made to First Christian Church, Farmer City, or Farmer City Rehab & Health Care Center Activity Fund.
Juanita was born Nov. 7, 1931, in Santa Anna Township, DeWitt County, a daughter of Fred Fedellis and Eva Marie Galloway Marshall. She married Dale D. Warren on Sept. 3, 1948, in Fairfield. He passed away March 5, 2017.
She is survived by her daughter, Anita (Gene) Lewis, Mahomet; three grandchildren, Samantha (Ian) Estes, Mahomet; Katie (Brett) Taylor, Mahomet; and Chad (Kathy) Lewis, Mahomet; eight great-grandchildren, Tanner Estes, Morgan Estes, Kayla McKinney, Kassie McKinney, Kallen Taylor, Kade Taylor, Abbie Lewis and Faith Lewis.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Dale D. Warren; parents; and one sister.
Juanita was a retired farmer and school bus driver for Blue Ridge School District. She was a member of Prairie Chapel United Methodist Church and attended First Christian Church, Farmer City. She was a member of Fred G. O’Malley VFW Auxiliary Unit 6190, Farmer City.
