BLOOMINGTON - Lillian R. Keller, 79, Bloomington, died at 8:05 p.m. Monday (Dec. 5, 2005) at BroMenn Regional Medical Center, Normal.
Her funeral will be at 10 a.m. Friday at St. Patrick's Church, Bloomington, with the Rev. Patrick K. O'Neal officiating. Burial will be in Holy Cross Cemetery, Normal. There will be no visitation. Carmody-Flynn Williamsburg Funeral Home, Bloomington, is in charge of arrangements.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Patrick's Church, Bloomington, or to the Community Cancer Center, Normal.
Lillian was born April 12, 1926, in Newark, N.J., the daughter of Anthony R. and Mary Ellen Waters Veloso. She married Eugene N. Keller Aug. 17, 1946, at St. Leo's Catholic Church, Irvington, N.J. He survives.
Other survivors include one daughter, Ginger (Tom) Henderson, Bloomington; one son, Anthony (Mary Linda) Keller, Palatine; and six grandchildren, James, Jonathan and Spencer Keller, and Kallie, Daniel and Andrea Henderson.
She was preceded in death by her parents and one infant daughter, Mary Ellen Keller.
Lillian was a member of St. Patrick's Church, Bloomington; the Altar & Rosary Society of the church; and was a teachers' aide at St. Patrick's Grade School. She was also a member of the Women of the Moose Lodge 745, Bloomington, and the Bloomington Elks Ladies Auxiliary. She enjoyed reading and crochet. Lillian was a loving wife, mother and grandmother and will be dearly missed.
