EUREKA - Norman E. "Skip" Siscoe, 61, of 705 S. Main St., Eureka, died at 5:44 p.m. Wednesday (Dec. 21, 2005) at the Eureka Community Hospital, Eureka.
He was born Aug. 23, 1944, in Pekin, to Norman L. and Lila Sieh Siscoe. He married Laura Mounce on Dec. 16, 1977, in Eureka. She survives.
Also surviving are his parents, Norman and Lila Siscoe and two sisters, Val (Steve) Nohl and Shar (Bob) Smith, all of Tremont.
He was preceded in death by an infant daughter, Karie, from his first marriage; one brother, Kenneth Siscoe; and one sister, Vickie Simmons.

An Army veteran, Skip served his country in Vietnam and Korea. He was a member of the American Legion Post 466 in Eureka. He was also a member of the V.F.W.
A graduate of Hopedale High School, he worked in the past for Morton Buildings and for Caterpillar. He started working for Cox Transfer in Eureka in 1983, where he drove a truck for 15 years, and had been working as a mechanic in the shop for the last eight years, last working Dec. 21.
He was a member of the Hopedale Presbyterian Church and was also very active in the Woodford County Relay for Life.
His funeral will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday at the Eureka Christian Church, Eureka. The Rev. Richard Richards will officiate. Visitation will be from 4 from 8 p.m. Monday at Argo-Ruestman-Harris Funeral Home, Eureka. Burial will be in Olio Cemetery, Eureka.
Memorials may be made to the Woodford County Relay for Life or to the Eureka Ambulance.
