WASHINGTON — Richard C. Cook, 88, Washington, died at 1:42 p.m. Wednesday (Nov. 22, 2006) at OSF Saint Francis Medical Center in Peoria.
Service: 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at Mackinaw Christian Church, with the Revs. John Bates and Kevin Robbins officiating.
Visitation: 5 to 7 p.m. Tuesday at Haensel Funeral Home in Mackinaw.
Burial: Mackinaw Township Cemetery.
Memorials: St. Mark's Lutheran Church, Washington, or the Central Illinois Banjo Club Band.
Survivors: his wife, Eleanor Cook; one son, Randall (Connie) Cook, Lafollette, Tenn.; one daughter, Janet (Edward) Kaizer, Peoria; eight grandchildren; and one brother, Marvin Cook, Savanna, Ga.
