McLean County Coroner Beth Kimmerling said Justino "Dino" Alba, 45, of Bloomington died. An autopsy has been scheduled for this morning.

The collision occurred about 7:35 a.m. along McLean County 2200 North Road east of Hudson.

Alba, who was employed by Stolfa Landscaping and was on his way to a job site, was a passenger in a car traveling west along 2200 North Road. The car had slowed when approaching a farm sprayer driving the opposite direction. The car was rear-ended by a pickup truck, and the car collided with the farm implement, police said.

The car's driver was flown to OSF Saint Francis Medical Center in Peoria, police said. Occupants of the truck were taken to BroMenn Regional Medical Center, Normal, with minor injuries. The driver of the sprayer wasn't injured, police said.

Names of the other people involved in the accident weren't immediately available.
