NEW YORK (AP) — In a story July 12 about moon-landing movies, The Associated Press erroneously reported the name of the filmmaker behind the "Apollo 11" documentary. He is Todd Douglas Miller, not Todd Michael Douglas.

FLAGSTAFF, Ariz. (AP) — In a story July 8 about northern Arizona's role in astronaut training, The Associated Press reported erroneously the mission of one astronaut and the name of another. Charlie Duke was part of Apollo 16, not 17. His crewmate was John Young, not Jason Young.

HOUSTON (AP) — Gone is the haze of cigarette, cigar and pipe smoke. Gone are the coffee, soda and pizza stains. With only a few exceptions, NASA's Apollo-era Mission Control has been restored to the way it looked 50 years ago when two men landed on the moon.
