At least state Rep. David Miller, D-Calumet City, can't be accused of trying to drum up business for his other job while working in the Legislature. In Miller's case, the "D" stands for dentist as well as Democrat. Even though we disagree with Dr. Miller, give him credit for putting his money where his young patients' mouths are. He was the lone dissenter in the Joint Committee on Administrative Rules' rejection of the State Board of Education's junk food ban.
