As a person who has been in the Bloomington-Normal area all my life, I choose where I want to eat at and in smoking or non-smoking. When I meet my family and friends for a drink where I want to go, there are plenty of restaurants in the area that don't have no-smoking at all now, and there a few of those that have bars in them, so non-smokers can go there couldn't they.

When with some family members that smoke, I don't mind sitting in smoking because it is just for an hour or so. It is for the love I have for them that I choose it. And then when we go out for the evening for a cocktail or two, I choose the place I want to go, also.

I am a non-smoker. I have never been a smoker. And I am proud to be an American and have the freedom of choice, and if I don't want to eat in smoking (sections), I choose not to eat or drink.

So, why does our government need to choose for us? Next they well be telling us what food we have to eat and/or what car to drive. If you don't like smoke, stay at home.
