I fought in Vietnam, my father fought in Germany and I have friends fighting in Iraq right now. While we are supposedly fighting to gain freedom and constitutional rights for people in other parts of the world, we have slowly been losing our rights at home.

Our own government tells us we have to wear seat belts when we drive, wear helmets in some states when we ride motorcycles. Now they are trying to tell us when and where we can smoke. The government can take our house under eminent domain and listen to our telephone calls when they want. So tell me, whose rights should we be fighting for?

By the way, I am a non-smoker.
