Split verdict reached in drug case

BLOOMINGTON - A Minnesota man was convicted on one count of delivery of a controlled substance and acquitted on a second count of selling drugs.

A jury issued the split verdict against Eric Hodo, 30.

Hodo was convicted of selling drugs to a confidential police source on May 16 and acquitted of the same offense related to an incident on July 18.

Sentencing on the conviction is set for Dec. 21.
