The Peace Meal Nutrition Program offers a noon meal Monday through Friday for people age 60 and older at various McLean County and DeWitt County locations.
Menus for Monday through Jan. 25 are:
Monday — Beef tips in gravy, mashed potatoes, Italian green beans with tomato, onion, and bacon, whole grain wheat, Mandarin oranges
Tuesday — Ham and beans, pickled beets, cornbread, peaches
Wednesday — Beef stew with potatoes, carrots, and onions, seasoned greens, biscuits, pears
Thursday — Salisbury beef patty, mashed potatoes, mixed vegetables, dinner roll, banana bread with cream cheese
Friday — Pulled pork sandwich, baked beans, fruit juice, bun, scalloped pineapple
The meals can also be home delivered.
