FORT MYERS, Fla. (AP) -- Miguel Sano hit a three-run home run in the fourth inning, and Mark Contreras homered and had two hits as the Fort Myers Miracle beat the Palm Beach Cardinals 7-4 on Wednesday.

The home run by Sano scored Contreras and Alex Kirilloff to cut the Palm Beach lead to 4-3.

The Miracle later tacked on four runs in the sixth, including a solo home run by Contreras.

Jovani Moran (1-0) got the win with 2 2/3 innings of scoreless, one-hit relief while Palm Beach starter Casey Meisner (4-2) took the loss in the Florida State League game. Adam Bray pitched 2 1/3 scoreless innings for his first save of the season.

Despite the loss, Palm Beach is 8-3 against Fort Myers this season.
