Nancy Hiltibidal was the winner of her handicap all events division in the IBA/IWBA State Seniors Tournament in Freeport, with a total score of 1,411. Hiltibidal placed second in singles and she and her partner, Paulette Latta, placed second in doubles. Hiltibidal is eligible to represent Illinois in the National Seniors Tournament on March 14 and 15 in Reno, Nev.

At Circle Lanes, Pat Todd converted the 2-10 in the Inter Church Womens' League, and Debbie Loney converted the 5-7 and Lois Kern converted the 5-10 in the Coffee Breakers League.

Youth league notes

At Pheasant Lanes, Matt Culp converted the 5-7 split twice in the Junior Mixed League and Nathan Willan rolled a 238 game in the Junior Mixed League that was 92 pins over his average.

Friday Magic Adult-Child League at Pheasant Lanes will end with its awards program at 5 p.m. Dec. 16 at Pheasant Lanes.

Saturday Pheasant Lanes Youth Leagues will be off Dec. 17, 24 and 31 for the holidays. Leagues will resume Jan. 7. Standings will be reset for the split season program; therefore, new bowlers are welcome to begin on this date. Saturday leagues end April 8.

Sunday Adult-Child League and the Adult-Child Bumper League will be off Dec. 18, Dec. 25 and Jan. 1. Leagues will resume Jan. 8 with league standings reset for the split season. New bowlers will be accepted beginning on this date. Sunday Adult-Child Leagues will end on April 9.

Thursday Go Getter Leagues and Bumper Buddies will be off Dec. 22 and 29. Thursday Leagues will begin on Jan. 5. Standings will be reset in the Go Getters leagues; however, there are only two vacancies in the Go Getters I League (ages 11 and younger) and none in the Go Getters II. Thursday leagues end their seasons on April 6.

Youth tournament notes

Travis McClain, Twin City Lanes youth bowler, won the inaugural Illinois State Youth Tournament at Fox Bowl in Wheaton on Nov. 20. His first-place award was $400 in scholarship money.

Honor Roll guidelines

Guidelines for the Honor Roll are as follows: men - 250 game, 675 series; women - 220 game, 575 series; youths - 210 game, 550 series. Please include any USBC awards earned, especially by your lower-average bowlers whose scores do not qualify for the Honor Roll.
