About the Purple Eagles: Niagara is in second place in the Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference with a 12-4 mark. Tyrone Lewis has scored in double figures in all but two games. Bilal Benn and Rob Garrison are in their first seasons with Niagara after transferring from Villanova and Connecticut, respectively. Sixth-man Demetrius Williamson, a junior forward who averages 7.9 points and 2.8 rebounds, is a Chicago Whitney Young High School graduate. Benson Egemonye hails from Nigeria and will square off against his fellow countryman, ISU's Dinma Odiakosa.
