Fieldcrest 51, Putnam County 49: Jordan Krone scored all four of Fieldcrest's points in overtime in a triumph over Putnam County at Granville. Krone finished with 28 points and six rebounds.

Fieldcrest (15-5) had a three-point lead when Anthony Ahlers sanked a 3-pointer at the buzzer to force overtime. Ahlers finished with 13 points as did Kevin Fay.

Nathan Ropp added 11 points for Fieldcrest.

On an inbounds play with :00.6 left in overtime, Ahlers had a shot spin in and out.

Olympia 69, Prairie Central 61: Junior guard Matt Flynn scored 20 points to lead three Spartans in double figures in scoring, as Olympia got by Prairie Central in a Corn Belt Conference game at Stanford.

Flynn had 12 points in the third quarter and 16 of his 20 points in the second half as the Spartans stretched a 33-31 halftime advantage. Olympia led 53-48 after three quarters and outscored Prairie Central 16-13 in the final period to pull away for the victory.

Trevor Strubhar added 16 points for the Spartans while Matt Frahm finished with 14.

Sophomore guard Josh Fields scored 16 points to lead the Hawks while Phillip Johnson added 11. Mark Schmitt and Drew Banwart also reached double figures with 10 points apiece for Prairie Central.

PBL 46, Watseka 40: Kendall Cox scored 20 points and teammate Thomas Rubarts added 14 for PBL in a win over Watseka in the Sangamon Valley Conference tournament at Paxton.

The Panthers will face St. Joseph-Ogden in the championship game.

St. Thomas More 41, CPCI 35: CPCI's Quinn Steffen scored 16 points and Devon Kuhn added 15 but St. Thomas More defeated CPCI in the Sangamon Valley Tournament at Gilman.

St. Thomas More will play Clifton Central in the consolation championship.

Clifton Central 52, Iroquois West 43: Angel Sanchez scored 11 points for Iroquois West at Gilman but it was not enough as Clifton Central advanced to the Sangamon Valley's consolation championship.

Maroa-Forsyth 53, LeRoy 25: The Panthers fell behind 33-12 at halftime and couldn't recover in a nonconference loss to Maroa-Forsyth at LeRoy. The game, originally scheduled for December 1, was postponed due to weather conditions.

James Brent and Jesse Moreland scored five points apiece to lead the Panthers.

Heyworth 57, Lexington 46: Jase Wilson scored a team high 16 points as Heyworth won at Lexington.

Sam Williamson had a team high 16 points and nine rebounds for Lexington.
