Juniors Francis Okoro of Normal West High School and Chris Payton of Bloomington were unanimous selections on the Big 12 Conference all-star basketball team released Friday.
Bloomington senior Patrick Fisher, Normal Community junior C.J. Wilbourn and Normal West junior Shea Cupples also were named to the first team in a vote of league coaches.
Senior Kendle Moore of league champion Danville joined Okoro, Payton and Champaign Central senior Tim Finke as unanimous picks. Moore, a Drake recruit, was named the Big 12 Player of the Year.
Repeaters from last year's first team were Okoro, Payton, Fisher, Moore, Finke and Peoria High's Cortez Mosley.
Rounding out the first unit were Dallas Bryson of Peoria Richwoods, Bryson Cowper of Champaign Centennial, Sean Houpt of Danville, Rolando Brown of Peoria Manual and A'Kieon Gill of Champaign Central.
