The Purple Raiders improved to 2-5 while the Railsplitters fell to 2-6.
The teams played to a 5-all first quarter tie before BHS grabbed a 23-19 halftime lead and expanded the advantage to 32-25 heading into the final period.
Junior center Leah Schneider paced Lincoln with 14 points.
U High 56, MacArthur 49: Junior guard Grace Ward scored 15 points to lead University High to the Central State Eight Conference win at Decatur.
U High claimed a 15-9 first quarter lead and then held on for its second straight win to improve to 2-7 overall and 1-2 in Central State Eight play. Decatur MacArthur fell to 3-6, 0-3.
Eureka 53, Dee-Mack 27: Natalie Anderson's 17 points led the Class 2A No. 2 state-ranked Hornets to a Heart of Illinois Conference win at Eureka.
Lauren Ausmus also scored in double figures with 11 for Eureka, which improved to 10-0 overall and 5-0 in league play. Hope McGinnis led Dee-Mack with eight points.
Fieldcrest 33, Flanagan-Cornell 30: Madi Hock scored 12 points for Fieldcrest (7-2, 3-1) in an HOIC win at Minonk. Heather Battice matched Hock for game-high scoring honors with 12 points for Flanagan-Cornell.
GCMS 45, LeRoy 30: Claire Retherford went 9-of-9 at the free throw line and scored a game-high 20 points as GCMS earned an HOIC victory at LeRoy. Layna Spratt paced the Panthers with 10 points.
Ridgeview 45, El Paso-Gridley 40: Mya Tinsley netted 20 points and grabbed six rebounds to lead the Mustangs to an HOIC win at Colfax. Ashlyn Stone led EPG with 14 points while Rebecca Orns added 11.
Fisher 37, Blue Ridge 21: Sidney Hood scored 16 points to lead the Bunnies to a nonconference win at Fisher. Sophomore guard Jenna Mozingo scored six points for Blue Ridge.
Olympia 42, Tremont 40: Abbi Bode contributed 14 points and Colby Burt had 11 as Olympia prevailed in a nonconference game at Stanford. Tremont was paced by Alli Fuller's 13 points.
Notre Dame 55, Pontiac 45: Peoria Notre Dame used 20 points from Bridget Taylor to down host Pontiac in a nonconference game. The Indians, who trailed 29-15 at halftime, were led by Camryn Feddern's nine points.
Roanoke-Benson 45, Henry 29: Maddie Monge scored 21 points to lead the Rockets to the win at Roanoke. Brynn Rossman added 11 points.
Lewis signs with Chicago State: Normal West senior C.J. Lewis has signed a national letter of intent to play baseball for Chicago State, the school announced.
The 6-foot-2 Lewis batted .291 with 31 RBIs and three home runs for the Wildcats as a junior last season while playing third base and the outfield. Lewis, who earned a Big 12 Conference Scholar-Athlete award, was the top-ranked third baseman in the state by Perfect Game and played summer ball for the Warbird Senators.
