Isabel Schaefbauer had seven kills and 15 assists to lead University High School to a 25-16, 25-19 nonconference volleyball win over Champaign Centennial at Normal.
Freshman Lily Barry added six digs and a pair of blocks for the Pioneers (22-3).
Hernandez, Wildcats win: Averie Hernandez's nine kills and 16 digs propelled Normal West to a 25-14, 25-23 win over Glenwood at Chatham.
Senior setter Tyler Stark had 14 assists for West, which improved to 15-10.
Saints defeated: Sydney Adams had 12 digs for Central Catholic in a 25-22, 25-9 Illini Prairie Conference loss at Monticello. Sierra Godsey had five assists for the Saints (4-22, 1-4).
Dee-Mack tops EPG: Lilyen McCarthy had seven kills and Shelby DeBolt seven digs as Deer Creek-Mackinaw topped El Paso-Gridley, 25-23, 26-24 in an HOIC showdown at Mackinaw. Sam Hovey had 15 assists for the Chiefs (17-7, 10-1).
Madi Funk led EPG with nine kills. Sami Allen added 14 digs for the Titans (22-4, 9-2) while Addison Benedict had 13 assists.
Tri-Valley downs Heyworth: Summer Sheley had five kills as Tri-Valley defeated visiting Heyworth, 25-12, 25-16 in HOIC action. Landry Warfel and Riley Owens had seven assists each for Tri-Valley (27-2, 10-0), while Regan Danko had six digs and Kendall Peck four blocks.
Madison Riley had 11 digs for Heyworth (6-13, 3-6).
Fieldcrest nets win: Gracie Schultz had 16 kills in Fieldcrest's 22-25, 25-13, 25-21 HOIC win over Tremont. Alyx Carl added 11 kills, while Maci Fandel had 17 assists and Caroline Holland 16 digs for the Knights (16-7, 5-5).
Tremont (8-12, 3-10) was paced by Talia Meyer with 12 kills, Anna Porritt with 19 assists and Becca Olson with 27 digs.
Flanagan outlasts Lexington: Flanagan-Cornell scored a 20-25, 25-19, 25-17 win over Lexington in a Heart of Illinois match at Flanagan.
Kayla VanWeelden had eight kills and 13 digs for the Falcons (18-9-1, 6-4), who also received seven kills and 17 digs from Regan Reed.

Ridgeview wins: Ridgeview defeated Fisher, 25-22, 25-18 in a Heart of Illinois match at Fisher. Katie Landers had five kills and four digs for the Bunnies (3-19).
Olympia falls to Tolono: Kaitlin Dean had 15 kills and 23 digs in Olympia's 25-19, 20-25, 25-21 Illini Prairie loss to Tolono Unity. Kaelyn Leverson added 30 assists.
Mount Pulaski triumphs: Alexis Wade and Cassidy Clark each had seven kills in Mount Pulaski's 25-21, 25-15 home win over Midwest Central. Isabella Wade had 11 assists and Alexis Wade 15 digs.
Roanoke edges Woodland: Maddie Monge dished out 18 assists and Kamryn Kearfott had eight kills in Roanoke-Benson's 25-18, 25-22 win over Woodland at Roanoke.
Blue Ridge wins consolation title: Blue Ridge captured the Lincoln Prairie Conference tournament consolation championship with a 23-25, 25-21, 25-16 win over ALAH at Kansas. Gracie Shaffer contributed 17 assists and five aces while Natalie Beadle had nine kills and 14 digs for the Knights (25-6). Jenna Mozingo added 17 digs.
NCHS routs Manual: Normal Community had goals from nine players in a 9-0 Big 12 win at Peoria Manual.
Scoring for NCHS (8-10-2, 5-3-2) were Drew Doellman, Elmer Mercado, Ryan Elofson, Jerry Shi, Alex Herrera, Mael Kazigwa, Michael Reibling, Edgar Sanchez and David Perdomo. Adam Reed had two assists, with Elofson, Sanches, Shi, Doellman, Kazigwa, Guerschom Avida and Mihir Bendre adding one each.
U High falls in finale: University High closed out its regular season with a 3-0 loss to Springfield in a Central State 8 game at Normal. Springfield (11-4-3) outshot the Pioneers 9-5 and scored 10 minutes into the contest to grab a 1-0 halftime lead.
Goalkeeper MacCallan Conklin had six saves for U High. The Pioneers ended their regular season 15-5 overall and 6-3 in the league. They'll host a Class 1A regional game at 4:30 p.m. Tuesday at Normal. The opponent has yet to be determined.
West ties: Normal West was outshot 9-8 in playing Urbana to a 0-0 tie in a Big 12 Conference game at Urbana. Goalkeeper Owen Senn had nine saves for the Wildcats (8-8-3, 4-2-2).
Saints tie: Jaylen Bischoff scored an unassisted goal with 12 minutes remaining to give Central Catholic a 2-2 tie with Uni-High at Urbana. Bischoff also assisted on a goal by Kyle Vroman early in the second half that erased a 1-0 halftime deficit.
Uni-High outshot the Saints, 18-13. Central fell to 8-13-3.
